Very large room with high ceilings and nice finishes - it felt like an expensive apartment and not a hotel room. Conveniently located near Sapporo station and subway entrances. Breakfast buffet was average. The service was outstanding here - staff were helpful even with a later arrival and gracious and accommodating when our laundry took longer than expected and we needed to check out late. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Sapporo.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sapporo station, which is really convenient if you would like to explore the nearby city/town. There is also a subway entry across the street. The hotel is new and clean and the bathroom is relatively spacious. The staffs are very nice and friendly. There are also numbers of amenities you could grab on the reception floor. Would definitely recommend it

Hello I want to thank your amazing staff at the front desk for their help when I was checking in last night. I had made a reservation on Agoda website for JR Mets hotel in Sapporo but missed seeing the dates were in error. The intended dates were Nov 24 to 27 but the reservation was actually Jan 24 to 27 and it was embarrassing to learn of it upon arrival. Despite the language barrier the gentlemen at the front desk were very gracious and courteous by accommodating me with a vacant room. The staff were using translation software on their phones so that was very helpful. I really appreciate their understanding on my awkward situation and apologies if it made extra work for everyone. Please give them praise for their customer service. The room itself is very attractive and comfortable. It is amazingly clean and very modern and is one of the best hotel rooms I have tried anywhere. Definitely will recommend this hotel to other people.
